What an absolutely crazy month I’ve had! But all in good ways. Sigil Kiss is blooming into something I could have never imagined and I’m so excited to keep growing along with all you fans!

I am proud to announce that Sigil Kiss will be attending three upcoming events before the year is out. This will be the first time Sigil Kiss will have a physical location. It’s so exciting!

The first is Sausomecon in Kansas City, Missouri, July 6-8th.

Sausomecon is a yearly anime and video game convention taking place at the Kansas City Expo center. They have many all-star industry guests attending and dozens of fun and interesting activities to take part in. I will be working closely with my fellow merchant and good friend Chance whom runs Milky Minuite. If you love anime and want some great deals on custom orders, check them out!

Second is Kansas City Nerdlesque, also in Kansas City, August 6-12th.

“The Kansas City Nerdlesque Festival celebrates the art of burlesque and all things nerdy. A combination of a comic-con and a burlesque festival, KCNF will bring nerds of all shapes, sizes, and colors together to share their fandoms in the sexiest way possible. KCNF believes that all performers deserve to be compensated for their time and that burlesque is for every body. This festival is a shame-free zone and all are welcome to join in the events regardless of age, size, color, gender identity, sexuality, or beliefs.”

The wonderful Annie-Mae Allure was so kind as to tell us of this festival and invite Sigil Kiss along. To celebrate the theme, I will be offering Burlesque-inspired prints!

Last but not least, I will be vendoring at the one day event Japan Fest at the Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas on October 6th. J-Fest is a celebration of Japanese culture and the influence its had on the town. There are many traditional events to attend as well as those inspired by modern culture. I will be tabling this event alongside Milky Minuite again this year, and will be offering exclusive merch!

It’s going to be an exciting couple of months. I look forward to seeing you all!
